I’m Begging You - Please Don’t Let My Show Get Cancelled
Ok, so I’m a bit of a fanatic. But Worst Week has become my absolute favorite show. To avoid double-dipping, I’m just going to say please visit this site here and read why I feel like I do. And if you came here from Twitter please forgive me. It was not my intention to double tweet. This blog send automatic updates to Twitter when I post a new article. Earlier, when I sent my first tweet about Worst Week, I didn’t realize I would be writing this. So apologies, and I will try never ever to double-tweet again.

I’ve tried to watch “Worst Week” a few times, but I just can’t do it. I dread the next disaster that he will endure throughout the entire show. Instead of having fun I just feel dread. But don’t worry, I was a huge fan of “Las Vegas” and long before that Tia Carrera’s show about being a reporter, and they canned both of those without even saying goodbye, so clearly my opinions of shows means nothing.
That’s funny. For me, I find the show funny because there is NO WAY this would actually happen. But I understand your dread. It usually ruined I Love Lucy and The Honeymooners for me….
I think I meant Tea Leoni’s show. Anyway, if I like a show then they move it around to a new time slot over and over until no one can find it and then it gets cancelled due to low ratings. The ratings were fine until they messed with it.
That dread is what ruined “Everybodoy Loves Raymond”, too. The fights were too real. He was never going to win. He was never going to learn.
So, How I Met Your Mother, 2 1/2 Men, The Big Bang, those are some shows where I just laugh without so much dread or pain. Ah, poor Barney tried “the naked man” and it didn’t turn out well. And then, as he’s running naked down the street, he encounters a rack of suits on the sidewalk, but after looking through them he decides they’re not good enough quality for him, so he just keeps running, still naked.
HIMYM is the bomb. And Neil Patrick Harris is a comedic genius. I think he totally makes the show so funny.
