Roast – simple & good – using a crock pot
What you’ll need:
- 1 Pork or Beef Rump Roast
- One packet of dry onion soup mix
- your favorite mix of veggies (potatoes, carrots, green beans, mushrooms, etc.)
- Lots of water
If you use carrots, put those in the crock pot first. Next, add your meat and cover with the soup mix. Add your other veggies and cover the meat with water. Cook for 8 hours on low or 4-6 on high. (The lower and slower the better).
That’s it. You’re done. I’ve prepared this meal for people when they’ve had babies or other life altering circumstances where they could use a break from cooking.
