Gebratene Nudeln
What you’ll need:
- Penne Noodles – I use 2 boxes because my family eats a lot. If you do not have 3 boys, you might get by with 1 box.
- 6 eggs – again, this could be halfed.
- Liberal amounts of salt
- 2 TB of olive oil (canola is fine also)
Cook the noodles according to the directions and drain. In a skillet, heat the oil and add the noodles. Fry the noodles until you have a nice brown color to most of the noodles, but do not burn them. Push the noodles to one side of the skillet. Beat the eggs and add to the skillet. Allow the eggs to fry up like scrambled eggs and then begin mixing with the noodles. Add salt through the entire process according to your taste preference.
Super easy but actually tasty. I doubted my husband when he first suggested we eat noodles mixed with fried eggs but I’m glad we gave it a try.
