Chicken Pot Pie
This is such a super easy recipe, I almost can’t call it a recipe.
What you need:
- 1/2 lb (or more if you prefer) of diced, cubed chicken
- Frozen Pie Crust (pack of two), slightly thawed out
- 1 can of vegall
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken
- Salt & Pepper as desired
- Garlic powder- optional, and to taste
In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Take 2nd shell. Very carefully, put the 2nd shell over the shell with the mix in it and pop it out. Sometimes it will break. This is okay; simply press the crust together where it breaks. Bake according to meat pie directions on the pie crust box. Typically you will bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes, covering the pie crust until the last 15 minutes or so. Be sure to place the pie on a cookie sheet to catch any spills during baking.
