What you’ll need:
- 1 whole fryer chicken
- cream of chicken soup
- bisquick mix – follow directions for making up biscuits but do not knead or form in any fashion – a quick mix & add water and stir is all you need
Boil your chicken for about 45 minutes and remove. Let the chicken cool down and then shred. Skim the fat from the water you boiled your chicken in and leave the water in the pot. It’s the same pot you’ll cook your meal in.
Add the chicken back to the pot, add the cream of chicken and get to a boil. Slowly drop spoonfuls of the batter mix into the pot. Let the pot continue to simmer for an hour or so at a low heat. Salt & pepper as desired – but not too much. For this one, less is more.
