Breakfast Casserole

This is good for breakfast – or dinner. I like to serve it with cheddar biscuits.

What you’ll need:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 slices bread, diced
  • 1 lb of breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled, any flavor you like
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup of milk

In a large bowl, beat 6 eggs. Add all other ingredients. Pour into a large casserole dish. Bake for 45-5o minutes at 350 degrees.
