From time to time, I’ll post a few of my favorites. Just a note - I’m the type of cook that does a little of this and a little of that. No strict measurements here - so use these as guidelines and not commandments.
And one more note - these recipes are only ‘frugal’ if you pay attention to the quantity of meat you use - AND - if you buy it on sale. Watch your store flyers; after a while you’ll notice that they follow a regular pattern of putting meat on sale. When you see it at a low, low price - that’s the time to stock up.
