From time to time, I’ll post a few of my favorites. Just a note – I’m the type of cook that does a little of this and a little of that. No strict measurements here – so use these as guidelines and not commandments.
And one more note – these recipes are only ‘frugal’ if you pay attention to the quantity of meat you use – AND – if you buy it on sale. Watch your store flyers; after a while you’ll notice that they follow a regular pattern of putting meat on sale. When you see it at a low, low price – that’s the time to stock up.
