Crazy Idea but…

I was struck with a crazy idea earlier but it may just work. What if I could eat on $4 a day? That is less than the cost of a meal at McDonalds. But, I was doing a little research online and it looks like it could be possible.

I’ll post more details later, including menus and receipts (when I get them). Also – I have to wonder, even if I can buy all that food for only $4 a day (per person), would it be something I want to eat?

 I have a feeling this may involve a lot of ramen noodles!

    I’ve done this with discount protein powder, milk, and peanut butter. I actually felt great, too.

    Cool! Thanks for the tip…. I’m thinking it will be a meal plan that does not allow for extra pigging out, so my hips will thank me I’m sure….

    Beans rice vegetables. Very little meat, just as a flavoring agent.

    Look to the developing world to see what the diets of the average citizen look like.
