Honestly, I’m not in the mood. My body aches. My brain is mush. I just want to chillax with wine & a good chick flick. But, always the Chatty Kathy, I find myself with something to say, so here I am blogging. Now that Thanksgiving is over – what’s to talk about? Well, At tipnut.com, they are talking leftover turkey recipes. Some are so good, like the Leftover Turkey Nachos, Cuban Style, I had to do a ‘right-click and save as’ for future consumption. Today, I made my own Turkey Chili (delish! and yum-o!) thanks to an idea from @coyotesqrl on twitter. If you’re in the mood for reading ‘Horrible Holiday’ and/or Oprah sketches, head over to his blog. (The holiday is horrible, not the sketch.)  There’s a good group of writers churning out sketches every Friday. Later this week, I plan on making my own Turkey Briyani. One of my friends gave me an impromptu Indian cooking lesson and I’m eager to try it out. Even if it is with Turkey. Another one of my favorite bloggers, kwbridge, found a personality test for blogs (I’m a doer!).  Pretty cool stuff. If you blog, head over to her place and check it out. And, if you are bored and want a little humor, Johnny Truant, talks about Michigan, the place of thieves and wierdos. He’s got a great sense of humor and I really hope to see his blog take off. Give him a visit and tell him I sent you! Other than all that – I basically spent the day with white wine whilst analyzing my personality. It appears not only was I born on the cusp of Taurus & Gemini (loyal, stubborn & adaptive, witty), I’m also a mix of ENFP and ENFJ. So, it’s a toss up as to whether I am perceptive or judging. And, from the four temperments, I am both Sanguine & Melancholy. So, I’m an extrovert, but I tend to brood and make lots of lists while I explore my creative side and revel in my genius-ness.  And speaking of sides, apparently my dark side tends toward being a cult leader. So, don’t drink my kool-aid or stick around if I come at you with a religious text in my hand……
