Thanks! I know - I've 'quit' more times than I can count. This time I threw the kitchen sink at myself - hypnosis, meds, meditation, visualization- anything and everything I thought would help.

I've made it to a point where I have NO desire for a cigarette and walking by someone smoking does nothing for me at all. I've had a few doozy of a cravings too. Had to hunker down and grip the bedsheets and just kind of sweat it out but I wanted to quit so badly, so here I am.

I know it's always 1 day at a time and I am thinking that way because it can sneak up anytime a person is unguarded.

Hey, thanks for the encouragement for my Quit. I'm grateful! Even to complete strangers it seems.

I wish you all the best with yours. Four weeks--I'm proud of you! This may not happen to you (and I hope it doesn't!) but when I have quit before--I've only made it one month. I guess I let down my guard and start lying to myself and say, "one puff won't hurt." Well, it will and it does--so gird up, my dear and keep the quit!

Cheers.
