Leptitrex Review – Day 23

So far – I’ve lost 5 lbs as of last week. Because it’s about that time of month, I’m a little weary of weighing myself. I tend to hang on to water when Aunt Flo visits so I don’t want to disappoint myself.

But -for me, 5 lbs in less than a month is pretty good. Normally, I’ve been losing very slowly – 1 lb a month. I think after the third child my body has just screeched to a halt when it comes to metabolism. Plus, I have been far from perfect in my diet, so I would say it’s helping for sure. 5 lbs is much better than none at all.

Leptitrex has not given me any jittery feelings and it has definitely cut my appetite in half.  I would tell anyone it’s worth a shot to try it out. When I was pregnant, because of meds and pregnancy (I had gestational diabetes), I put on 60 lbs. The first 25 flushed out of my system weeks after giving birth, but the last 35 have been rough.And in the last year, despite exercise and a myriad of different diet plans I was losing excrutiatingly slow.

I am now within 15 lbs of my pre-pregnancy weight, so I’m pretty hopeful that I can lose that with the help of Leptitrex, watching what I eat and exercise. As far as exercise goes, I’ve been spotty. And it’s too much in one post to explain why, but with everything I’ve gone through in the last months, I’m not going to be too hard on myself about it.

Once I hit my pre-pregnancy weight, I’d like to drop another 20 lbs to reach the weight I was in college before I ever got married. (Hello, size 6!) I’ll probably buy more when I’m out to help me get there.
