I wish the American government would take a clue from Sweden. They faced a similar financial crisis in 1992 and solved it, apparently for the better according to the NY Times.

I don’t know what the answers are in the Palin probe – troopergate, if you will. So that is why I would like to see the investigation move forward. Let the facts present themselves. And Americans deserve those facts before November.

So far – I’ve lost 5 lbs as of last week. Because it’s about that time of month, I’m a little weary of weighing myself. I tend to hang on to water when Aunt Flo visits so I don’t want to disappoint myself.
