More BPA News

If you haven’t heard, many plastics, including baby bottles and sippy cups, contain BPA, a chemical that can cause cancer, type 2 diabetes, early onset of puberty, obesity and a host of other maladies.

There is some good news out there.

Even though the U.S. government has been slow on the uptake and have failed to regulate how much of that stuff manufacturers can shove in their products, some U.S. retailers are now declaring their shelves BPA-free, like Toys ‘R Us. Playtex is even joining in and agreeing to eliminate BPA from their products.
